Don Moore, having grown up in the 70’s in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, had always been a fan of the 80’s hard rock guitarists George Lynch, Chris Olivia, and Jake E. Lee. Later he was introduced to the guitar works of master solo artists such as Andy Timmons, Eric Johnson, and Joe Satriani. It was then that Don’s love for music and his respect for these musicians took over, causing his passion for playing guitar to evolve.
He exploded onto the music scene in 2006 with his self-released debut album, Axe Attack. It was immediately apparent to listeners that this guy was no ordinary axe slinger, but a guitar player of great talent and melodic ability. Clearly a musician with deep emotions and respect for his guitar playing, as well as the guitar itself as an instrument.
Don’s debut album is gaining him immediate attention and acclaim with fans and professionals in the music industry resulting in endorsements, interviews, Internet, and National airplay such as being played on the national radio station The Buzz 89.9 FM in New York.
Be sure and place Axe Attack among your top music purchases this year, you won't be sorry. You are guaranteed to be touched by his passion, moved by his inspiration, and above all, entranced in a new dimension of Guitar Wizardry. His amazingly powerful, yet beautiful approach to guitar playing has gained him currently over 2,000 online registered fans, over 30,000 site hits and over 40,000 song plays. His debut CD aptly titled “Axe Attack” is selling very well and can be purchased both online and in some local music outlets.
